Benoît Minisini a8c6cd99a3 [INTERPRETER] * BUG: Process stream correctly detects when something has been really read during a Read event. [GB.NET.SMTP] * NEW: SmtpClient._NoGreeting is a new property that tells not to read the SMTP server greeting. This component is based on the source code of libsmtp,
made by Kevin Read <obsidian@berlios.de> in 2002.

This library is available under the GNU Lesser Public License 

It seems that the author of this library does not maintain
it anymore. 
 
I modified it and fixed many bugs to make it work correctly.
