[INTERPRETER] * NEW: Support for JIT '&=' optimization. * BUG: Fix '&=' optimization on argument variables. * OPT: Strings greater than 4096 bytes are allocated by 4096 bytes steps. [GB.JIT] * NEW: JIT optimization of '&=' has been implemented.
