* BUG: Packager wizard: When creating a package from a component project, warn the user if the project name is not prefixed by a vendor name and a dot, and stop the process. [GB.GUI.BASE] * NEW: IconView: Draw is a new event that is raised when just after a specific IconView item has been drawn. * NEW: IconView: Draw the hovered item differently. * BUG: IconView: Fix bad detection of hovered item. * NEW: IconView: Take the icon shape into account when doing a rectangle selection.
