[COMPILER]
* OPT: Optimize jumps pointing at a JUMP instruction.

[INTERPRETER]
* OPT: Avoid conversion to boolean when possible in conditional jumps.

[GB.JIT]
* NEW: Implement overflow detection in integer arithmetic operations. The UNSAFE keyword disable them to get full speed.
