Benoît Minisini ac03c9fc85 [GB.CAIRO] * NEW: Cairo.ShowPage() and Cairo.CopyPage() have been implemented. * NEW: New classes for implementing some Cairo surfaces: CairoPdfSurface, CairoPsSurface and CairoSvgSurface.
