* BUG: Some HiDPI fixes.
[GB.FORM]
* NEW: Stock icon default sizes ("small", "medium"...) are now proportional
to Desktop.Scale by steps of 8 pixels. This is for HiDPI support.
* NEW: Wizard BeforeChange event can be cancelled now.
