Release of Gambas 2.22
<p>The main changes are the following:
<ul>
  <li>That version can be compiled correctly on last Ubuntu and other recent distributions.
  <li>Some bug fixes in extern function management.
  <li>A lot of bug fixes in the GTK+ component.
  <li>Greek and Spanish translations have been updated.
