Release of Gambas 1.9.44

This is a bug fixes release:
<ul>
  <li>Some optimizations in various places. The main one is that now the interpreter main loop
  is compiled with -O3 flag, making the interpreter about 5% faster.
  <li>The IDE image selector has been fixed.
  <li>Editing an image in the IDE works again.
  <li>There is a new componnt too: gb.gtk.svg.
