Gambas 2.0 First Release Candidate

The internal version number of this release is 1.9.91.
The main changes are:

  <li>The IDE icon editor got support for image alpha channel.
  <li>The <tt>gb.pdf</tt> component was enhanced.
  <li>The interpreter can return error stack backtraces.
